Quality Assurance
LerrouxDevCo understands and embraces global quality frameworks and standards. Prior to project execution, our highly-trained Quality Assurance professionals identify the specific technical and quality requirements of our customers and develop a strict, documented audit program to ensure that customer-specified parameters are attained. During project execution, LerrouxDevCo’s Quality Control professionals remain involved and oversee all facets of operation.
No product is dispatched without passing required inspection and test protocols; at LerrouxDevCo, we take responsibility for our work up to, and including, project delivery.
Product identification, trace-ability, inspection and test status analyses are performed and non-conforming items are identified and documented in accordance with established procedures. Corrective or preventive action is then taken to eliminate the causes of non-conformity. Items requiring urgent production and installation are identified and recorded on a positive recall in order to permit immediate recall reports and replacement if non-conformity is identified.

Environment

Reduced environmental impact is inherent to the construction model. Waste and other issues arising from site decommissioning are also significantly cut down.

LerrouxDevCo staff receives extensive training when they join the company, going through intensive course in industrial welding, structural & pipe fitting, scaffolding, insulation, and mill, crane and heavy equipment operation. Importantly, all LerrouxDevCo staff work in a collegial and supportive environment in which learning, growth, and leadership are rewarded.
