BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board plays a primary role in Corporate Governance by setting out the strategic direction of the corporation, establishing goals and ensuring a high degree of transparency and accountability towards all stakeholders.
Andy Lerroux (Managing Director / CEO)
Holds a first class bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering from the Cebu Institute of Technology – University, Philippines. A graduate of Project Management Professional course at Zabeel Institute of Management and Technology in Dubai as well as a Certificate holder for Fire and Safety Engineering Course at Central State University of New York – Dubai. He is responsible for the over-all management of our Company. He has over 12 years of experience in the construction industry, real estate, construction finance, property valuation and property search services.
Purita Edullantes (Independent Director)
An entrepreneur with various businesses in the field of catering and construction supplies. She has been on the business for more than 30 years having vast experiences in facilitating government documentations from LGU’s to National government sectors. She is responsible for the Human Resources department of the corporation.
Jordan Lopez (Non Executive Director)
Holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering from the Cebu Institute of Technology – University, Philippines. He has 8 eight years experience in Middle East as an Electrical Engineer for a leading Construction and Maintenance company in Saudi Arabia.
Daisy Tarectecan (Non Executive Director)
Holds a degree in Accountancy from Cebu Institute of Technology – University, Philippines. Besides being a personal assistant to the Provincial Governor of Bukidnon, She is also the Owner of 3DC Trucking Services. She is well versed with current legal and political status of the province.
Cherel Lerroux (Independent Director)
Holds a bachelor’s degree in in Civil engineering from the Cebu Institute of Technology – University, Philippines. She has over 3 years of experience in the catering service.She is responsible for the marketing and advertisement of the corporation’s projects.
